Swiitch

Swiitch was a startup company enabling cardholders to switch their recurring credit card payment details, with any business, simultaneously and securely utilising BlockChain. 

 

I was brought on board to work with the leadership team to start a UX practice and implement Lean UX principles to enable a collaborative approach that supports the quick delivery of a brilliant product that fits the market. Given that I was the head of UX. of a team of 1 (myself) this meant wearing all "the UX hats" from strategy to research, design to delivery.
